Lesson: True to yourself

Why it matters: True to yourself

"Let me start by asking you something…

Have you ever had a day when your mind just feels too full? Too many thoughts, too many worries all at once? It happens to all of us… even to me.

And when that happens, I quietly ask myself, “How do I handle this stress?”

My dear children, I’ll share my simple secret with you…
Whenever I feel stressed, I turn to two things — music, and the name of God.

I put on some gentle music… something calm and soothing. And along with that, I take God’s name. Slowly, something changes inside. My mind becomes lighter… my heart feels peaceful… as if a small light has been switched on within me.

Music relaxes me, and remembering God gives me strength.

Now let me ask you something else…

What do you think makes a person truly strong?

For me, a strong person is someone who is true to themselves.
“Be true to yourself” — it sounds simple, but it is very powerful.

Don’t try to become someone else. Don’t pretend just to fit in.
When you listen to your inner voice… when you stand by your values… that is real strength.

And now, if I were to give you one piece of advice for your life — whether it is about your career, money, or success — it would be this…

Whenever you work hard… and you achieve something good…
don’t think it is only because of your effort.

See it as God’s blessing.
And take a moment to say, “Thank you.”

Because when you learn to be grateful, you become humble… and that humility helps you grow even more.

So my dear children, always remember…
When you feel stressed — turn to music and God’s name.
Always stay true to who you are — that is your real strength.
And for every success, be thankful — that is true wisdom.

That’s all I wanted to share with you today… straight from my heart. 😊"
